Power Resources Limited (ASX Code:PWW) successfully listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”) on the 19th February 2008 at a 20% premium to the 20 cent share issue price. As was stated in the Power Prospectus, the Company completed a non-renounceable entitlements issue of Loyalty Options on the basis of one option for every two shares held, on the record date, 25 July 2008.
The price was $0.01 per Loyalty Option, and they were quoted and tradable on the ASX and have an exercise price of $0.20 and an expiry date of 21 October 2011.
